The similitude of the two parties is like the blind and deaf, and the seeing and hearing; is then the similitude of both parties equal? Then, are you not remembering?
The one in a thousand believer is testifying Adhikr, which is the Food, Cloth, and Sight of the soul, as explained in verse 6:104. But the Arabic Quran-reading Fujjar are deaf, dumb, and blind towards Adhikr, as explained in verses 8:22 and 55. It is asked through verse 32:18: "Is then the one who is a believer just like the one who is a transgressor? They are not equal." It is told in verse 38:28: "Or should We consider those who believed and do righteous deeds like mischief-makers in the land? Or should We consider the heedful like the Fujjar (the wicked)?” It is told in verse 40:58: “Not equal are the blind and the seeing, nor are those who believed and do righteous deeds and the evildoer, little only you are remembering.” And it is told in verse 39:9 that you say: “Is it equal, those who are having Knowledge and those who are not having Knowledge; indeed, those who are utilizing intelligence will only remember.”
Kuffar are living here without the consciousness that their hearings, sights, hands, skins, legs, and even Earth will be witnessing against them, as told in verses 17:36; 36:65; 41:19-24, and 99:4-5. These soulless hypocrites and their heedless followers can't be reminded of Adhikr, as explained in verses 10:42-43. Verse 32:22 asks: "Who does more wrong than the one who is reminded with the verses of the Lord, then neglects them; indeed, We will take revenge upon such Mujirim."
It is told in verse 25:73 that those who consider the Lord as Impartial if they are reminded of the verses of the Lord, will not fall upon them as deaf and blind. See explanation 6:36; 8:2-4; 9:95 and 124-125.
